Diary Blip (Monday 26th August 2024)

Archie gained a new battery this morning, fitted on site as the car was completely devoid of energy. Its original battery had lasted over a decade but now as the car is only used sporadically and is parked behind Buzz (my electric Mini) it causes huge logistical difficulties when I want to use it. All this hastened the battery's demise.

Archie will be given a test run tomorrow with a new lease of life, with its trailer attached for a trip to the recycling centre.
