Open air theatre...

...Dalhalla - this evening Infruset - Själens skrubbsår by Björn Dixgård (Mando Diao) and Malmö Symphony Orchestra. Most of the music was based on poetry of Gustaf Fröding and Karin Boye, but there were also compositions (text and music) made by Björn's parents.
Arja Saijonmaa was  performing with several songs, the best one (my opinion) Stranden by Mikis Theodorakis - here in Finnish, during the Independence Day party at the President Palace in Helsinki a few years ago. - The main party is very crowdy, with a lot of people invited to attend but it is always followed by a more intimate party for those who will celebrate all night long (Arja was singing during this late party).

See the extra blips. Edit: They are collected in two collage photos nowadays.

Here more Mando Diao:
All The Things
Long Long Way

And more of Arja Saijonmaa:
En sång om frihet - at the funeral of Olof Palme.
Documentary and concert: she has worked together with Mikis Theodorakis a lot, the Norwegian documentary describes their co-operation shortly before the concert.

Edit: We have been to Dalhalla a few times before this event, e.g. for listening to Brit Floyd.
