We have our son (Mudman) staying for few days from Lanzarote. He has been cooking for us (thinks we need fattening) and today did jobs from a list I compiled. Gutters have been cleared (he found the start of a tree with long roots), rocks put back into wall and hinge moved on gate so will fasten now. There were other smaller tasks which did not require much energy.
