Galette

This started out as a cherry tomato galette, but I had a few other veggies to use up and added them. Took this before parmesan cheese was sprinkled over the veggies.
All from our garden: cherry tomatoes, broccolini, red onion, zucchini, garlic. Some of the cherry tomatoes are ripening but only one of the bigger tomatoes has ripened. Cool and rainy weather in the forecast, and I hope more start to ripen.
Another taking-it-easy day.
