Laguna Beach

downtown.... parking is now 3 hrs max and 5$ an hour. I visited a friend who got a beautiful apartment in downtown and I parked in a parking lot from the city across the street.... after 3 hrs I left and instead of going home I decided to walk around a little bit and found another parking spot on Main Street for the same price. I had an ice cream cash only and 'least expensive' for $9 and then I bought a sandwich and ate it on the boardwalk by the lifeguard tower at the beach in the city.
The town is a real tourist town and I think locals never go there anymore unless you are having a visitor from out of town. I haven't walked around there for ages;
