went into the oven at 12.30 for serving at 1.30 demolished by 2pm

It was scrumptious I have to be honest.

Large side salad.

Followed by Lemon Drizzle Muffins made with salty butter.

My friend is 60 on Saturday but her husband is whisking her off to Italy that morning (but she doesn’t know that so shhhhh).

Everyone just gone home now and the dishwasher is doing a soft shoe shuffle around my kitchen.

I snuck a muffin for my 6 o’clock cuppa tea. I’ll enjoy that.

(Wish I could go to Italy on Saturday).
