Baltic adventures continue
After a morning stroll to the bakery for some fresh Broetchen, I went through the peaceful village of Maasholm, before breakfast. Then we had a day in Flensburg, Germany's most northerly city, only some ten miles or so from the Danish border.
Flensburg is a wonderful town with lots of magnificent churches and a lot of buildings dating from the mid 18th century!
In the afternoon we headed to Gluecksburg, which is home to one of the most beautiful water castles around.
The day was rounded off with a glass of rose on the patio.
