Not good

I knew today wasn't going to be great day when I took a sip of my coffee this morning and there was a dead daddy longlegs in my mouth. WTAF .... 

I had a incident at work which resulted in a ambulance being called.  

Lots and lots of morphine administered throughout the day. I'm waiting on CT results but thankfully the xray shows no broken back. 

I am in complete agony.  

Between Mr R,  nana and grandad,  the wildlings are fine and are getting a treat for dinner .  I haven't eaten since breakfast
