Back in business!

Got the combine working again, but quite late. The spare part and the guys to install it came at 3 pm and it took well over an hour before it was ready. Anyway, got the rest of the barley harvested by six and started the largest oats field after that. The other trailer was filled to the brim (and then some) quickly.

Unlike barley, the oat is tall, making it much easier to harvest, and the yield is reasonable. Best of all, it was dry, so I can store it before running it through the dryer to clean it and I can harvest the rest much faster. I left the barley in the trailer for the night, but it must be dried tomorrow.
