Packing up

A busy old day trying to get the caravan sorted out. It started with a trip to the supermarket and a few other shops to pick up all the bits I needed.

Home to sort out some washing and clean out the caravan after our last trip. I started to stock up the cupboards and after a bite of lunch headed into Dalkeith for the bits and pieces I’d missed off my list this morning!

Made a new to me recipe of Greek meatballs and Tatziki for dinner. Quite tasty with some roasted baby potatoes and broccoli.

Cleared the backlog of ironing before dinner and got more things packed into bags for the caravan. Managed a hot bath and an earlyish night and made a start of catching up on journals but didn’t get very far.
