The Sunday paper
A witty jigsaw, with one piece missing. Finished it last night and was most annoyed, because it's new, and expensive. Called the company today, and they offered to make me a new piece, and send it! Now that's what I call service. One day I wish to visit a jigsaw factory.
I worked from home. My group supervisor wanted us to have an in-person meeting as opposed to online, and she'd booked a room, but then got CoVid! We held the meeting online.
In addition to working, I listened to a few episodes of Bad Blood, a series about eugenics (I know, I'm so cheerful. I'll get back to my Canadian horror.series tomorrow) and researched a bit of Lord of the Rings imagery. One of my new clients is motivated by LOTR and decorating Warhammer figures, presumably for battle. I looked after a boy once who was into Warhammer, but the LOTR world is new to me. I have my specialist subjects, but Tolkien and his fantasy world are not amongst them.
