Roxy cuts loose at the Cowrie Hole

We had Summer today. Pretty well had it yesterday and looks like it is here to stay until the weekend when Winter resumes. I wore Summer clothes. It was around 22C but warmer in Sydney and people were wandering around in T-shirts. Quotes of the hottest July day since ... were made although it wasn't record breaking. Anyhoo, these two belles were off for a surf. Don't you just love their boards.

I have seen this child in the yellow helmet surfing for the last two days. His father goes out with him and his brother. They had more style than anyone else that was there today and caught more waves. He is missing a tooth so I put his age between 6 - 7 and when he surfs he pokes his tongue out in concentration. I think he and his brother must be world champions in the making.
