Young terrorists

I happened to see these two boys shooting pedestrians with an airsoft gun. Luckily nobody got hurt and they didn't continue it for long. I doubt that the boys meant to harm anybody, they were just kids that don't think. The thing that worries me more is that it seemed to me that they weren't home alone and still no parent got involved to this. If there is a next time, I'll have to.
