Magnolia Stellata

This morning, after Maisie’s and my early walk and usual routine I attended “Staying Safe - a Refresher Course for Older Drivers”. It was organized and run by Age Concern, Marlborough, together with “Waka Kotahi” - New Zealand Transport Agency. A very worthwhile event and so well attended by dozens of older drivers. We all learnt useful stuff and also had fun working together for an excellent outcome. Morning teas and lunch was provided and there was plenty of time for socializing. Well done to the tutor and other organizers.
On my way home I sidetracked to Pollard Park to photograph spring plants and flowers. The Magnolia Stellata was looking particularly lovely.
