Garden

We decided we couldn’t keep up the hard work in the garden this year and had two energetic gardeners here for 5 hours weeding and clipping. It looks completely different. Still needs some border work done and next week they are returning to do another section. They took out a tree and dug up some iris which are beautiful but too big for where they were situated. I should be able to manage this part now. 

Had phone calls and messages from 2 friends and a cousin who has just been to Namibia. She had a great time in such a different country. Bob had calls from 2 of his brothers . They all rang at about the same time just after I had collected Leo from school. I hardly spoke to him as I was on the phone. 

I also heard from the specialist radiation oncologist’s office and am booked for an appointment on Friday. He comes to Bathurst so that saves a trip to Orange.
