Let Sleeping Dogs Lie

I took a walk into Lightwater Country Park today with just the camera and macro lens attached in search of woody subjects for today’s Tiny Tuesday challenge.

There were plenty of interesting bark options but rather liked this broken branch which Mother Nature had carved into what looked like (to me) a sleeping dog, or maybe a lion!
