Hoad Monument

Stunning monument on Hoad Hill above Ulverston in Cumbria. Been up a few times, but not today as pressing on to Barrow. The monument was built in 1850 in memory of Sir John Barrow, great views from the top, next time maybe. Nice wee town Ulverston, Stan Laurel of Laurel and Hardy fame was born in Ulverston, has an interesting museum too.
