To infinity and beyond...

...via Denby Dale Station...

The 11.35 was on time, so I managed to bag my travel blip on the way home from Pilates ( in the car! )

In theory you can link to Huddersfield, Sheffield and Leeds from Denby Dale, and thereafter the world! The difficult part for us would be finding a bus to take us to the "transport hub" at the station ;) 

There were quite a few people waiting on the platform - including the guy with the bike, work commuters, and families.

Met up with Simone in Holmfirth for a coffee this aft - she liked BLOC, the café we chose, which is quite trendy! Roy also gave her drain unblocking advice, and we showed her the way to Kaye's the hardwear shop ;) 

We may also have visited Wagstaff's the Rieker shop, and purple shoes might have jumped off the shelf...
