We drove through to Harrogate this morning. It’s always lovely to go back as we both grew up there. After a very nice lunch at the West Park Hotel we had a walk round the shops and then went down to the Valley Gardens which were looking as lovely as ever. We had just got back into the car to drive home when the heavens opened so we timed that well!
