Dripping

I was going to take a photo at Settle swimming pool but forgot so here you have my dripping wet cozzie instead!
I really enjoyed Aqua Aerobics and will go every Wednesday. I was the only non swimmer so had to stay just behind the line to the deep end which was fine by me!
The exercises were great and I know it be good for me - especially that bloomin’ piriformis muscle.
Everyone was really friendly and welcoming.
I just started watching Great British Sewing Bee, I missed the latest series with all that was going on so I got it on iPlayer.  I’m loving it!
