Sunflower

A relaxed day of lots of different activities. The allotment was watered first thing and later in the morning our oldest grandson visited to pick some raspberries, beans and courgettes. He also saw the potatoes being dug up so a useful learning experience for him.

In the afternoon I was having my haircut at home and our hairdresser also cut both grandsons. I didn’t envy her cutting the youngest as it was only his second haircut and he wasn’t very happy. She was however very quick. Both grandsons had great cuts and the tears were quickly forgotten. We were babysitting tonight while our daughter and husband went out for a meal with friends.

Today’s blip is the sunflower that our grandson chose when we visited Darts Farm a little while ago.
