Broken

We have an abundance of eggs at the moment, a friend’s husband works on a farm and is given fifteen dozen eggs a week!! I love eggs but I’m running out of different ways to use them, we have omelettes, use them for breakfast but I don’t bake. Tonight we had gammon and eggs but one of the eggs broke!!
A busy day sorting out a big stock delivery for the shop. Back to work tomorrow.
