Lunch at the Rose & Crown

We drove from Oxford to Kent this morning, along a heavily congested M25 heading to the Rose & Crown in Dunton Green to have a reunion with Dad's family (Roger, Diane, Isobel, Claire and Sam). Afterwards we all met back at Homecroft for a cup of tea and an interesting discussion about artificial intelligence!

We set off towards London about 5:30pm and checked into a very nice Premier Inn in Aldgate before walking down to St Katherine's Dock to have dinner at Zizzi's. We had a really nice table outside, the temperature being just right for eating al fresco. Then we walked over Tower Bridge, along More London, back across London Bridge and up into the City before heading back to the hotel.
