Bright Eye

I would have liked to have gotten both eyes of this female Bushtit, but the one eye is bright and clear!

I did some shopping for groceries and gifts for upcoming birthdays. I don't think I am a good gift-giver; I don't enjoy shopping and seldom go shopping for anything; I don't need much of anything and what I do get I get online or ask my husband to pick it up. I can't think of what someone would like for a gift and money seems like the most desirable gift for the grandchildren...but I really would like to give an actual gift too. Ugh!!  I know the other grandparents have always bought expensive gifts and the kids don't really want what they got...it is a dilemma.
