I’m visiting friends tomorrow afternoon. I’d promised to take them some cake but didn’t have any in the freezer, so I baked 2 of my favourite loaf cakes, carrot & walnut. They are 2lb loaf cakes, so it’ll be half for tomorrow, half for the bowls club gardening team on Friday morning, and 2 halves to go in the freezer.
Obviously, I had to carry out a quality check!
