My girl

Happy one whole year of knowing this lovely cat. Exactly a year ago, after working at a festival all day we found her - in pain, trying to jump up on a windowsill and miaowing. After picking her up, door knocking, and eventually taking her to the emergancy vets (bank holiday so everywhere else shut) we left her in their care, not knowing that only a couple of months later she'd end up coming to live with us!

Her injury (it's suspected she was hit by a car) meant she had to have a leg amputated, but she's fine now, and in her forever home. We don't know where she came from (lots of appeals done on FB etc) but we know where she is now and she's staying with us.


Snuggled up on my knee, if she wiggles a certain way I know she’s trying to scratch with her missing leg, and I scratch her head for her where she cant’t reach.
