Only Cath Vic & myself in the gym this morning, and of course a coffee afterwards. Walked to town and saw this outside the antiques shop.  It was raining when we left this morning, so J went to Llandow in the car. A better afternoon, so J is out cutting the back lawn. I had a letter to say I have another appointment  to see the consultant on the 25th September.
