A lonely seagull on the quay at Bideford this afternoon where I was for a dentists appointment.

Then to Barnstable to see my daughter and no 1 grandson who is 14 today. It seems not that long ago when he was born and was in hospital for 3 months as they got him sorted out. He’s fine now but it was a very worrying time for all of us.
