More decluttering but on a positive note found details of my premium bonds which I'll follow up at a free moment.

Had another valuation from a different estate agent.  Lauren was very pleasant.  We'll get one more before we put the house on the market.  By next week we should look less like crazy hoarders of 38 years' duration. 

It's an exhausting process but a fruitful one.
