Just reward

Blood giving this evening, all v easy until there were only orange clubs and no mint. Orange ones are not nearly as nice.

Before all this I had a lovely sea swim before work, first time in about two weeks where it was nice and not grotty. And I went to Lidls and pottered about at work.

Now watching swimming at the Paralympics, marvelling at the people who have far fewer limbs than me yet can still swim at least twice as fast.
