Hole

The gas people were laying new pipes at Angela's house so I had to go to Airdrie as they needed to get into the house. They have dug big holes in the pavement and on the path wher the pipe goes into the house. I was interested to know how they would do it. They fed a yellow plastic pipe down the original gas pipe to the hole in the pavement where it was connected to the main supply.
