Arkle and finn walked with company.

Picked up.pal to clear last of stuff from his flat to dump. We then took stuff back to his house.

Breakfast callie to vet given all clear.

Boy dogs taken for long walk as dog walker unavailable.

Sadly I got a phone call telling me a lovely ex colleague had died. 

I walked slowly and reflected in the welcome silence of the trees. 
The dogs ran and ran full of joy in contrast.

Coaching u8s we did passing focusing on shouting for the ball in space the noise was wonderful.

A quiet night catching up with ex colleagues.
