S1 & S5

I spent a lot of today at Sandsend, 3 miles north of Whitby with Sister A2 and her partner. I've pinched this photo from her phone, taken by him, while we were waiting for our fish & chip lunch. He refers to us sisters by our order in the family (I'm the eldest), hence the title of this blip. We had a lovely time doing very little - coffee and cake after we met up, fish and chips for lunch, ice cream and walking and sitting about on the beach, chatting and doing a crossword until it was time for me to come home. Extra is a view of Whitby down the coast, a bit hazy in the distance.
