Apple, banana, walnut, oat slice

Sorry, not a very exciting photo. Been on my feet all day. Had visitors for the airshow (day 1 of 3). Six of us for lunch +3 others who came after. All went really well and was a great day. Weather perfect, sunny but not hot. Exhausted now and still have some dishes to wash (the rest in the dishwasher).

Served the 'cake' as dessert. I posted the link a few days ago. Even a child could make it. Delicious with a scoop of (vegan) vanilla icecream.
