Reko Point

Frida looks happy in this photo, but she clung to me for our 6km walk. She is so frightened of the avalanche blasting on the ski fields. I thought I’d gone far enough away from Wānaka (10kms) to lesson it for her - but she still could hear, what I couldn’t hear….poor wee girl.
By the time we got home, the blasting had stopped and she had fun with a puppy who visited this afternoon with friends from Dunedin.
