It looks like she's worshipping The Shard (still the tallest building on the London horizon I think).

I'm a fan from the outside, not so much from the inside. I covered a story about the building with journalist Matt Rudd for The Sunday Times a few years ago. I thought Premiere Inn had nicer rooms to be honest. The carpet looked like it was off a cross channel ferry and the air conditioning was terrible. Considering you are in a sealed unit so far above the ground that you can barely see details of the city below I found it very claustrophobic. On the plus side I didn't get vertigo looking out of the windows like I did in The Gherkin.
