Synchronised swimmers

These are juvenile swans on the Slipper Mill Pond this afternoon. They were born in May and enjoy each other's company. The parents are always close by.

It has been another gorgeous day. I managed another load of laundry dried in the sun, a bit more garden tidying and blackberry picking. Team GB are also doing rather well in the Paralympics with medals in swimming and cycling but, irrespective of nation, the Paralympic athletes are so heartwarming and lovely to watch.
