Japanese Anemone

Where did the day go? It seems to have flashed by in a mini second and I don't have much to show for it.

Went out for coffee and then took a friend for a supermarket shop. E had four bags and I had two red peppers and a packet of chicken strip chews for dogs.

I don't have too many Japanese Anemones left in full flower but poking around among the plants at the back I found one or two flowers that were still looking good. I must remember to remove the exploding seed heads before they burst ..... I have enough plants springing up in places where I don't want them.
