We woke up to a grey day, but the air smelled of the possibility of rain. Disappointingly neither the scent of rain or the low hanging clouds brought anything.

A good news day as Arnie has his cataract surgery scheduled for 1 October.

Otherwise it was a long walk in the anticipated chilly afternoon weather, and home to watch Lucas Sithole and Donald Ramphadi in the wheelchair doubles at the Para’s.
