Cleeve Abbey

In all my years of visiting this area, I had never visited Cleeve Abbey .
We spent a full morning exploring it and it was delightful with some stunning historical tiles and architecture . Originally it had an affiliation with Riveaulx Abbey in Yorkshire .
There was so much remaining of the original buildings  which  makes it very impressive .
We followed our visit with lunch at Horner .
