One On Its Own

I always knew winkles moved, like snails I suppose, yet it was still a surprise, looking through the viewfinder and actually see them twist and turn. Just seeing them from a distance on the rocks, small and plentiful, I probably hadn't paid them much attention.

I chose this one in isolation because I liked the wavy green seaweed trailing down the rock towards the shell, lit by the evening sun.
