WHY would you?

       I didn't.  
NOT all that long ago, I saw an online reference; I forget the exact detail(s).  It was either a photo or a reference in print &/or both.
       My immediate thought, as per title - why WOULD you?  What is there on a "Fish's HEED" worth eating?  IF nothing what do you do with a quid and a half's worth of skin & Bone?
