Grab and Go

First week done. Lot's to do over the weekend (especially because many materials that were ordered over the summer just came in yesterday!), but it was good just to zip on home...only to arrive and discover I had left the school key back in the classroom! Horror! It being a holiday weekend, there was no guarantee anyone would be coming in when I needed to get in the building! I turned around and headed back, hoping someone would still be there. There were only a few cars left in the lot, but fortunately I encountered someone coming out and was able to get back into class and grab the key. So that I can go back to work over the holiday weekend.

After the drama I went to grab a slice from a good local pizza shop and they had one of the goodies - blueberries and basil with a honey drizzle. Don't knock till you try it - it's good stuff.
