This tree must have been hanging out over the river as it washed away its support and down it came... it's some size. The whole river through Gore Glen has changed dramatically this past year, the river beds have all moved, deeper and much shallower parts, the weir drying up. I tend to think wet weather earlier this year did the damage, and only now just remembered how high it was, and now it is even lower than last year when I was surprised then. Extreme weather... that's what they say about climate change... aye...

Doom and gloom on a Friday, what the... I was trying to refer to having a night off the varnishing but got distracted. However, the change in the river meant Arlo's favourite beach here is bigger and he had a whale of a time, the boy loves a beach and that makes me happy.
