This is our bowls club pavilion. It's far too small as it's almost impossible to get 32 players seated for tea after a match and still have room to give out the drinks or get to the loos.
It's only the area behind the 2 windows either side of the central door that is the 'social' area. The rest of the building are storage areas, a miniscule kitchen and the loos.
The club has permission to extend the pavilion on both ends (there's no space behind it for any extension) but it's going to cost between £60,000 and £70,000! The committee have decided to use a professional fund-raiser... wish us luck!
