Strawberry sorbet....

Some welcome rain overnight, and a much cloudier, breezier kind of day today! Made it more pleasant catching up on gardening jobs as I was clearing up things in the mini greenhouses, and taking a few cuttings  to make some free plants - hopefully!  And this is one of my 'free' roses that  I ended up with recently -  'strawberry sorbet' is the perfect name for it!

Mum and Dad came back from their coach holiday to Lancashire last night - 11 hours for the return journey!  Not pleasant for any of them but a downside of a coach holiday with so many different drop off points, and travelling on a Friday!  They weren't too impressed with some of the places they got to visit either - and a trip to the Lakes was spoiled by persistent rain! But as a friend said, it always rains at the Lakes so that's just normal haha!
