Golf Day

Lady V was up early for work so got up at 6.00am and got organised for my 10.33 tee this morning. 

I played with my usual golf buddy Mike who is a retired major crimes unit cop. I love his company and his stories are good, his golf is also none too shabby despite his tender age of seventy three. 

I am working my way through his retired colleagues Simon McLean & Tom Wood podcast called ‘Crime Time Inc’ which covers the inside working of the serious crime squad in Scotland on such cases as the worlds end murders as well as some other high profile cases. Such a fascinating insight into the world of major police work and the deviants they have to deal with. 

The photo is of a practise net I have set up along with a launch monitor which gives feedback on each shot, this has enabled me to practice every club in the bag and dial in my ball contact. Really enjoyed our game today albeit we had the slowest foursome on the planet in front of us.
