Millinery sparkles….

I met up with two lovely fellow milliners in London today for a trip to a vintage supplies warehouse we’d visited several years back. unfortunately for us it has changed a lot, and instead of the textile haberdashery we had purchased in the past, it now specialises in beads and diamanté, which was fine for F, as she specialises in bridal headpieces.
We had a lovely catch up, several stops for tea/coffee and cake, and I managed to use my newly acquired ‘over 50’s’ Greater Anglia railcard.

It has worn me out though, we all agreed we don’t have the same stamina as we used to, and we also raised the average age of the clientele in the supplies by about 20 years just by walking in!
