Visit the Milford parkrun in Wales this weekend.
Not run for 3 weeks due the lurgy so wasn’t exactly feeling it.. some popped out a 6th place on a lumpy course… my legs are killing me this morning
Drive back home today .. 250 miles .. that will be a bit dull
