Grey Heron

There were 3 Heron today all of them in the or around the loch. The first one was very nervy and flew over took a bit of fish then flew back. I made my way to the clearing and the little female was waiting (not a great shot as a leaf was in the way). At the other clearing the original young one was waiting (extra). A couple of coots, a moorhen and the duck (I am sure it is the same one)  were also around. There were several crows.
I think the problem is not that the heron are spooked it is more to do with the gulls. There are a great number of them mostly at the slope end of the park, the clearings are much further round and there are very few gulls at that end.
